Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately.

If this happens:

  • You will receive separate tracking updates
  • Items may arrive at different times

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation or change, email info@nxspot.com with:

  • Subject line: “Order Change” or “Cancel Order”
  • Your order number

After 24 hours, or once your order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you
